AMBILAMP offers you a Member Help service to attend to all the queries and suggestions that may arise from your relationship with AMBILAMP. With this service, we try to offer personalised and reliable help and thus forge a bond between the Association and the member producers.
Through the Institutional Relations Department Customer Care service, answers will be given to queries on:
- Ordinary, Complementary, and Retroactive Quarterly Declarations,
- Royal Decree 208/2005 on electrical and electronic equipment and the management of related waste,
- Register of Industrial Establishments - WEEE,
- Statements on Electrical and Electronic Equipment,
- relations with the Administration, and,
- other queries.
